Bringing the Automotive Experience Closer to Customers
We brought the Federal Auto Roadshow to Kiara Bay, creating an engaging automotive experience where visitors could explore a selection of models from Volkswagen, Audi, JAECOO and more.
The roadshow was designed to bring customers closer to the brands and vehicles through an interactive experience — from exploring the latest models to getting behind the wheel for a test drive.
To encourage participation, visitors who took part in a test drive also received an RM10 Inside Scoop Gift Card, adding an extra touchpoint to the customer journey.
Our role was to support the roadshow environment and on-ground experience, helping create a space where automotive brands could attract attention, engage visitors and turn interest into meaningful interaction.
